Hi everyone, I'm going through the Deloitte hiring process now and need some feedback.. Will they make an offer knowing the applicant has a criminal background? My isn't too serious, it's dui misdemeanor. Unfortunately, I have two from like 5 years ago...

Don't they ask you for stuff like that on their application on the website? If you put it there, then they already know... I'm guessing you didn't put it there.
I got my background investigation report from the big4 firm(not deloitte) i signed on with . Here is what they checked:
SUMMARY: In as much as the applicant is a campus hire candidate, this investigation was limited in scope. SSN Trace Education Credit County Criminal Federal Criminal National Criminal Database & OFAC Newspaper Review Driver's License
