Hello everyone. This question might be a bit weird, but I'm going to ask it anyway.

I was extended an offer with a Big 4. At the time I submited my resume, I had a GPA of 3.51. To meet the 150 hours, I had to continue taking courses. However, in one of those classes, I recieved a B bring my GPA down to 3.49. It went down by a total of .02. Will they recind my offer?

Nope, they won't recind your offer. In fact they may not even ask for a final GPA. If they do though they won't even be fazed by the decline. Only reason a different GPA would be an issue is if you bombed your entire last semester or lied about it. You're perfectly fine.
