You will be asked a ton of behavioral questions by a manager/senior
manager and then have a more relaxed "get to know you" partner interview.
The partner interview really is all about your personality and industry
awareness. Read goingconcern.com. It helped me a lot with my partner
interviews. I doubt the hosts have a say on the hiring decision but don't piss
them off. Get ready to let the BS flow and be a brown noser.

I went to the PwC Super Day in NYC in April and got an offer.  They usually provide you hotel and transportation.

The process:

Breakfast

Q&A session

You will get a host that will take you to different interviews.

You have three rounds of interviews.  Sometimes 2 managers and a partner.  Sometimes you will get 1 senior, 1 manager, and 1 partner. The order of your interviews is random(I had my partner interview first, and she's was super easy going).  The managers/seniors usually will ask you more situational questions(ethics, strength/weaknesses, receiving feed backs, leadership, teamwork, your previous experience, etc.)

After all three rounds of interviews, your host will walk you to a nice restaurant.  I heard back from them the same day(my interviews went extremely well.  You will heard back from them within two weeks).

Tips: read their website(PwC TV), read their recent news, etc.

Good luck!  Maybe we will work together sometimes in the future.  If you need any additional help, please let me know.
