is the guy from REG that taught ethics teaching in FAR?

I heard Cindy teaches most of FAR. also approximately how many hours of lecture is this beast?

I like the way Cindy and Phil teaches, but not so much about that other guy. Can someone who used FAR tell me who are the instructors for FAR?

I'd rank them in this order as far as how much of FAR they cover:  Cindy, Phil Yaeger, Michael McMillan, and I think the "ethics"/AUD guy teachers like 2 tiny parts.

I think most people share you feelings as far as Phil and Cindy being the best teachers by far.  Phil is my favorite, I always feel super confident about any section he teaches.

Oh, I should add this.  I can't think of his name but the AUD/Ethics guy does cover leases in FAR and does a GREAT job.  Much better than his part in REG covering ethics.

The FAR homestudy is 14 DVDs with 47 hours of lecture.  Cindy and Phil do teach most of it, but there are a couple of other instructors for a few sections, not many though.

"The other guy" must be Gary? Gary does not-for profits (1.5 hours)and leases (1.75 hours). I didn't take Yaeger for AUD, but I think that is who you are referring to.

Michael McMillan is the other other guy (FARE Inventory). I feel like he is reading the book (as in unprepared or not familiar with the subject matter) instead of picking out only the most important stuff and teaching it. I can read the book in less than the 2.5 hours devoted to the topic.  It really bugged me during his sections on the BEC audio cram which I listened to for 6 hours on a car drive drive earlier this spring. It bugged me even moreso during Inventory that I shut it off after about 10 minutes and studied on my own from my notes that I had previously made on the subject and listened to the inventory cram done by Phil and Cindy which was about 40 minutes. The cram was great on FARE Inventory.

Jeni -- Your comments are duly noted. Did you watch the FAR Clarifications for Inventory, Investments and Stockholders' Equity that are on our website, on the left, under Free Webcasts??  Phil Yaeger re-taught these modules.  If you have any problem either finding these Clarifications or with the material itself, please call him on the instructor hotline number that our HomeStudy students get.
