I have the 2009 Flashcards for all 4 parts. I will take
the Audit in November this year but will take the rest in
2010. I wonder if I can still use the 2009 flashcard( Reg,
Bus, Fin) for 2010 exam?

I think you should be fine for the other parts. Just get on Becker's website to look for updates from the 2009 version. They will give you any updates that you need for the flashcards.
