Hmmmm... all the DVDs are talking about basic concepts and
applications. Not too much into details. Why don't you grab
2010 or 2009 Wiley FAR (way cheaper I bet) and see if that
helps? I think spending $300 for DVD is too much when you
have all the materials needed to study.

Hey Accounting_geek,

Roger CPA Review focuses you in on the most highly-tested
material, breaking that material down into easy to learn
lectures. I provide mnemonics that we revisit time and
time again, so you're able to pull those out of your
brain come test day.

The best way to see if you like my instruction style is
to watch a free demo for FAR and see if I'm able to help
clarify some of those subjects!

Best of luck,

I took FAR earlier this week and the mnemonics were hugely helpful.  Roger's lectures are lively and the material really sticks.  For FAR probably more than any other, this is the key as the quantity of material tested is so immense.  I used Roger's program for REG and got an 88 - and walked out of FAR feeling almost as good.

The only downside is I'll probably remember 'TT BPO..." til my dying day.  But I had it when I needed it so it's all worth it.

Hope this is helpful -

My 11 year old goes around chanting, "TT BPO, 75 or 90".
