Someone told me that it is illegal to sell a Becker review manual on ebay due to copyright violations.  Is this true?  This person said that her listing was pulled from ebay for this reason.  I'm confused about how that can be considering how many Becker products are listed on ebay right now.  Has anyone else had this happen?

From what I've seen people can't sell the installation CD with the materials, but I just saw a seller today selling the entire course with the installation CD, so I'm not sure what the rules are.

Has anyone had troubles selling lately? I put up my listing this morning and it's still not up on EBay this afternoon...does it take a while?

There is no problem selling your stuff except for the "Course CD" if it has already been used at least once.  Becker will get ebay to pull those auctions although I see some get through.

I sold all my stuff including the Data CDs but made it clear the Data CD is of no use without a properly licensed Course CD (not included in the auction).

I found you need to pay ebay an extra dime to get a scheduled start time.  If you tell them to list immediately, it has taken up to 8 hours for the ebay database to index your auction.  It won't show up in the search results before then.

Thanks for replying Kenja. I did see my posting go up 8 hours later, so your posting will be helpful in the future when I sell my other materials. Thanks!

Bummer! My Ebay listing got pulled last night. I did not include the course CD, just the book and lecture CDs. Those Becker people have eyes and ears everywhere!
