I will have a job interview tomorrow and the company prefers the candidates who know Yardi. I never use Yardi accounting software before, could anybody here introduce me a little bit about how to use Yardi software? How could I talk with the interviewer if I have no experience with this software?

If you have no experience with this software you could work on giving the interviewer confidence that you will be able to learn the software quickly. If you are strong in accounting, it is not that difficult to work with different accounting software. It will just take some getting used to. Your interviewer should be aware of this so just do your best to sell your other qualities. I would not expect software experience to necessarily be a deal breaker.
