The first set of criteria you listed refers to the minimum requirements to SIT for the exam. The second set refers to the licensing requirements.
You need a bachelor's in Accounting to sit for the exam. You need 150 credit hours with 36 of those hours being upper division accounting and 39 general business credits to receive your CPA license. Along with that is your 1 year work experience in order to be come licensed. I hope that helps.
I believe your Master's in Accounting will cover your minimum requirements if you take enough courses. If you didn't take Economics, Statistics, etc., you will need to take those as as Master's student. You should also be able to enroll in undergraduate courses as a graduate student and that will help you out too. Truth be told, you have a long road ahead because you have many classes to take.
