Hi everyone,

I am planning to do taxes for other people this year. I now know that I actually don't need to have my license number to do taxes.

Now my question is most sites allow federal efiling for free but charges for the state tax returns. I think I will be doing about 100 taxes this year. Can anyone tell me how to do these taxes? I mean is there a software I can buy which will allow me to do multiple taxes and efile.

Any help is appreciated.

You should probably check out Intuit ProSeries and Lacerte.
I don't know the difference, but I know they're used by tax
preparers. I also don't know of any competitors to Intuit.

I use Ultra Tax and am pleased with the program and service. I recommend them especially for your size of practice. They have a program that charges per efile, which is pretty cheap.

Ultra Tax is being used here in my country and have heard great feedback.

Cheers and have a great 2010 ahead!
