Quick question.

Which states levy capital gains taxes at preferential rates for gains where the holding period is longer than the Federal holding period of 1 year

the ones that come to mind are Massachusetts and Colorado, but I think Mass changed the law and abolished the preference, and Colorado only provides it for property located in Colorado and not something like a publicly traded security.
