Google up a few cpa firms in your area, call them up and schedule time where you can meet for a brief consultation. There is no "average" cost for filing a 1120S because all companies are different and cpa firms can bill using different methods (hourly, flat-rate, retainer, percentage of the gross, size of the return..etc...) If you want to go low and hire a bargain basement tax processor, then good luck the next time you're audited and are forced to pay heavy fines, penalties and interest, in addition to the back taxes that are assessed on you because of sloppy work. If you want to get good quality work at reasonable prices, then do what smart people do and shop around.
