I took BEC a couple months ago, and I'm taking REG in the tail end of February. When I hit REG's chapter 4 stuff in my Becker, I realized that I was going over stuff that was EXACTLY the same as the 2010 Becker BEC stuff. Most of this had to do with the formation and structure of LP's, LLC's, GP's, SP's, etc... I mean this stuff was word for word. Needless to say, I think i'm actually going to SKIP most of Becker's R4 lectures because I'm pretty positive that they're totally repeats of stuff that I learned very well when studying for BEC.
Was REG changed to include this different material? Is that why there is such an overlap? Has any other Becker (or non-Becker for that matter) candidate noticed this correlation between 2011 REG and 2010 BEC??
