On the 1040,what amount should be entered for the HSA deduction.
Is it the entire amount contributed to the HSA or is it,
the contribution amount less any valid medical expenses paid.
Eg : If I'm single and contribute $3050 to my HSA. I spent $500 at the doctor's office.
So, is my HSA deduction on 1040 gonna be $3050 or (3050-500).

What is it?

Oh , I found the answer to my question. You just enter the entire contribution amount for that year. So, in my example, the entire $3050 would be deductible.
