Do both ordinary and qualified dividends go on Schedule B under Part II (Ordinary Dividends)? If so, how are the qualified dividends taxed at the lower capital gain rate vs. the ordinary income rate.

Additionally, when you look at form 1040 if qualified dividends are included in on schedule B what is the purpose of listing them again on line 9b?

I'm Confused???

The webpage
http://taxes.about.com/od/income/qt/dividend_income.htm
clarifies.
