Hi there

Those who are studying with Becker, I am confused as there are three and half chapters dedicated for tax which is like 80% of the exam and other 3 and half chapters for business law which is only 20% and the whole ethics and professional responsbilities chapter which is again about 20% of the exam is entirely under anciallary material..........Am I missing something here??????? or this is how it is???

Do we have to learn so much of business law for just 20 point value??????? I am just not getting it....

anyone can please..........clarify my doubt....

Yes, business law accounts for at least 17%, but not more than 21% of your overall grade. You cannot go into the exam without a thorough understanding of contract law, the UCC, statute of frauds, etc. This is how I failed REG--I don't know enough business law.

I did not have many question about business law on exam but too much about ethics and professional responsibility and cicle230.

I guess by adding few more points to your knowledge base you will be
there in no time.
How much time do you think would be enough to study for this part??

Now that scares me because the whole ethics and resposiblities chapter is in anciliary material...and for the past 3 exams i never strudied much for the anciliary material.,by the way were the questions in the actual exam comparable to becker or different??
