i am taking reg for the second time and i have wiley 2011
books which did not cover anyhting on cir 230 so just
wondering if the 2012 version has anything on cir 230. Or
is it ok to study with 2011 books. i really hav to pass
this time so plz help.

Yes the 2012 version has some cir 230; you may need to
refer this too
