I am using 2008 Becker .Just want to make sure I got this right:

According to the update, Reports on Internal control of issuers will only include an opinion on the effectiveness of Internal Control and no longer needs an opnion on management's assessment of Internal Control.

Am I right?

Yes you are right. Make sure you read the update for non-issuers as well on beckers website. The big differences really are that non-issuers are basically the same as issuers in this regard. Also go back a couple of pages and i started some topics on this. As a matter of fact i will go back and put it ttt...

Thanks HCBC. Just checked your post. It is really helpful. I think you'd definitely clear the exam this time. My exam is on the 4th. I was checking out the other questions you had today & I feel I really have to make use this one week I have before the exam. I have been consistently scoring in the 80's on an avg on the mcqs, but I feel most of the times I'm just getting lucky choosing the right answer. Just hope I get lucky on the actual exam too..
