Hey guys...
I am using Becker and noticed that few people mentioned
that Corp Governance was not well covered in the
material...anyone have any suggestions on other methods
of supplementing?
Also...what would be a good way to review communications
for person that hasn't taken Audit and FAR? Or are the
topics pretty straight forward?

Bluemyxa - I'm writing BEC tomorrow morning. I read various journal articles about SOX to help me with corporate governance (plus in general I keep up with the industry, so I'm hoping that helps).

I just posted my experience in the official Jan/Feb thread. I thought the corp governance and COSO stuff turned out fine today. I read about this in the news and journals weekly, so it feels current to me, and nothing really hit me as off-the-wall. I didn't have any "what the bleep is that thing?" reaction to any of the corp governance questions today. There were some I had to guess, but I always guess the same letter so I can keep the law of averages working for me. (Overall on today's test, I had to guess on 12 of the MCs in total. Guessing the same letter meant I got at least 3 of those right.)
