@Kemi, I didn't have time to study for FAR (after two unsuccessful attempts with REG) and my NTS was about to expire. So I took it without studying. I used whatever bit of knowledge I had from my college years (graduated 9 yrs ago). As you can see, I didn't retain much :-). The 71 was really my "first" attempt with FAR. I then switched from Wiley book to Kaplan Cpa Review and passed REG/FAR/AUD (also used Gleim Test Prep for AUD). BEC was the only exam I couldn't pass with Kaplan. So I switched over to Gleim.
@RR_CPA, I think the Gleim book did a great job covering all the topics/details. There were no surprises on my exam. However, it was still tough. So I'm going to keep my fingers crossed.

@RR_CPA, one more thing to add. The Gleim book has a lot of material. So if you are pressed for time, study with Becker and use the Gleim book for supplemental reading- for areas that Becker doesn't cover well.
