Quick question. In the Wiley book, the memos that answer the written communication practice questions all have indented paragraphs. When I reviewed the proper format for business memos, all I ever saw were memos with block paragraphs. Is there a proper format, one way or the other, for this? Does it matter which way I choose to format the memos on the exam?

On previous exams, I've indented my paragraphs.

I also believe indenting isn't necessary but just consider that you wont lose marks for indenting
