Just to confirm - I was under the impressiont that Gov't Acg is not tested as a simulation (per Becker instructor).  Can anyone confirm this?

I took the FAR final review this past weekend and the instructor made it very clear that Government and Not for Profit are fair game for the sims.  I think that this is a pretty recent change as they were not tested in the past.

I originally thought that it was now fair game but on the last class I asked again to double check and he said no it wasn't.  I am going to send an email to two other instructors which I hopefully will get mirrored replies.  Thanks,

Let me know what you find out.  I am studying as if they are fair game just in case I get a government topic on the exam. 

Good luck to you as well.  Hopefully, we will both be done with this thing in a couple weeks.  The hardest part for me is waiting for the score.  I am hoping to make the first wave but I really don't care when I get my score as long as it is a passing grade.
