When I interviewed (DT&KPMG) I got the typical questions, it really depends on who your interviewing with (some partners ask accounting related questions and others ask more of a personality type questions).
1. Tell me about yourself
2. When did you go against the grain
3. Why do you want to work for XX firm
4. Strengths, Weaknesses
5. Why should we hire you
Stuff like that I would expect, but as I stated before every interview is different. Just be prepared, come in with a firm handshake, make eye contact always, dress to impress, have a listing of questions that you prepared to ask them (e.g. what are the common characteristics of your most successful staff, senior staff, and managers? What makes your firm different from the other B4's? etc,,), bring a nice clean copy of your resume, letters of recommendation if you have them, and always follow up with a thank you email and letters.
Good luck
