This is what my Becker live teacher said on this topic.
You can use the research function to find your answers for your communication tab. And you can use any hints given in the other tabs that you worked prior to getting to the communication tab.
He said you can copy and paste, but don't even think of doing it. Just read what you found and put it in your own words. You will loose points if you copy and paste - after all, you are not really showing any writing skills if you quote the regs.
He also said if you happen to know the SFAS that the communication is refering to, then accessing it and doing a search within might be a good use of your time. If you are truely stumped, that is. But if you don't know standard's number, and you have somewhat of an idea how the rules go, you are better off writing it yourself off the top of your head. Even if you get the rules a bit wrong, its your writing style they are grading.
