i am going crazt with this far thing.

i went over the wiley book, literally every page. as i went through i would do the questions and get 80% at the end of every chapter.

i just finished t he government and got 102/117

i then went back to the front of the book and i forget half of the stuff

what can i do

how do i move on from here

i feel am i getting nowhere

anyone with the same problem and how can i turn this arond

Yes, I had the same problem. I did get more comfortable with the material after going through everything 3 times. Well, not quite 3 times for everything, and the 3rd run through stuff was quick and selective. We'll see how well prepared I was in a couple months. I just had my exam this afternoon, and there were a few simulation questions on something that my Bisk material had only 1 sentence on and even after looking it up in my company's research materials afterwards, I think some of the questions were inadequately worded enough that you couldn't determine the accounting treatment for sure. Arghhhhh. But it's time for me to cram for REG now and stop thinking about FAR for a while.

I had the same problem... Unless you have a photographic
memory you won't retain everything. Best thing you can do
is take good notes, then jot down all the most important
points. Put these on note cards and bring the note cards
everywhere with you while your studying.

I usually put the most important points on the front of the
note card, and then an example on the back.

how was your FAR exam? How was the MCQ section in general?
