I have a silly question, but I still want to get a confirmation from you guys. On solution of communication tab, they have
to:
Subject:
Body,
Should I add something like "sincerely," or "Regards," , together with my name after the body?
If yes, should I put down my real name or just make up a name and title..so confused.

I dont think you have to post your name there. And even if
you do, it should'nt be a problem and as far as I am
concerned, i would write "Sincerely".
