I took BEC on 10/03/08. I received my score 11/18/08. My score notice
mentions that the score expires 6/30/10. This would be approximately
20 months after I took the exam, 19 months after receiving the score.
This
expiration seems to be based off 18 months after the last day of the
quarter I took the test. So the quarter ends 12/31/08 and 18 months
later would be 6/30/10.
Should I follow this expiration date or
should I assume it would expire exactly 18 months after 10/3/08 or that
it will expire 4/3/10.
Thanks everyone!

Yes, they based the expiration based on the end of the testing window, not the date you actually took the test or received the score.
