You can always reschedule your exam by paying $ if you dont think you are ready for it. But if your NTS is going to expire on July 2. You probably need to check see if the test site is open on either July 1 or 2 in your state because no exam in June.

I don't know how long you have been studying for FAR. For myself, I failed it in my frist try because I wasn't well prepared. I only studied for 1 month and half. If you still want to go take it on May 29. Then just stick with your review materials and do as many questions as possbile. You have 4-5 hours study time a day. That is roughly 104 to 130 hours of studying, which means that you can do about 3500 Qs assuming 2 min. per question.  That should be enough. Good luck.
