I'm scheduled to take FAR on May 28th. I just finished Becker lecture 2 of 9 for FAR tonight. I have no job and am done with school now so I have a lot of time to study. Do I have a decent chance of passing or not? I really don't want to delay all the way to July...

Just to give you an idea, I am also in the same situation with you as far as no job and no school with the FAR exam on 5/28. My only difference is that I just started F7. I've been doing 2 chapters a week and have a final review planned for about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks before the exam. Unless you are just brilliant and just finished some heavy intermediate accounting classes, I would reschedule. Yes, my plan is a bit of a relaxed schedule, but I am still putting in 40+ hours a week. If money is not a problem at all then of course there's no other penalty for taking the exam now (only paying for the exam). You can go ahead with the plan if you want, but I don't see how you would have much time to go through each section thoroughly and do a thorough review. Good luck with your decision.

Young,
Make sure you go back and review every 3 chapters. I didn't do this when I studied for FAR, and I felt like it complicated my review. Granted, I didn't take it on such a short time line, but I think you'll find it helpful.
A good way to keep things fresh is to answer sample questions from each chapter.
