The actuarially determined other postemployment benefit or obligation is disclosed in the Schedule of Funding Progress, which is included in the Notes to the Financial Statements.

for first problem, sch of funding progress should be included in Requried supplementary informaton, not notes to FS.

for the second one, I am guessing "RSI" section of GASB (34?), not CAFR,jus my guess
