Hey, just out of curiosity has anyone noticed that the Wiley FAR book sometimes leaves out answers that are probable but still wrong
Example:
Mill's co trial balance (2010)
A/P 15,000
Bonds Payable (2011) 25,000
Discount 3,000
Dividends Payable 8,000
Notes Payable (2013) 20,000
What are the current Liabilities
Now, for me I added all of them together (except the Notes payable) and got 48,000 because I assumed that the Bonds Payable would be amortized and we would have to pay on the face value of the bond. I didn't see that choice as an answer in the Multiple choice, but it would of been more beneficial to see that choice and get it wrong because I feel like on the exam that choice would be there and since the answer was not there, I just recomputed it to the right answer. This has happended a few times in the book...
...Just an observation

Have the same issue in Becker. Since many of the q's are from old exams,
I'm trusting the process. Personally, most of my MCQs for my students'
exams are harder in that if they make one slight calc error, they can find an
answer choice that incorporates that error!
I've had a few that way and it's just part of knowing how to take a test and
not do more work than you need to.
Take care -
