So I have heard that unless you have taken advanced accounting, you are basically screwed for FAR. Would anyone like to verify the validity of that statement? Cause I have not taken advanced accounting.

In adv accnt I learned
how to consolidate a subsidiary including a variable interest entity (big topic)
a little on how acct for Partnerships
segment reporting (small topic)
how to consolidate a foreign country subsidiary
and quarterly reporting (small)
