1. I've been working for Industry for 3.5 years, in GL Accounting and Cost
Accounting, is that enough experience.

2. I have not audited financial statements but I do perform SOX testing
internally.

2. Who can sign off on experience? My direct boss in an In-active cpa from
CT. But I know some people in the company that are active cpa's.
