I submitted this thing to the Florida Dept of Business, et al, on 3/25/09. Today it is 4/27/09. When I review the application status, most every item still shows "Work in Progress".
How long does it take to receive the OK? Additionally, if there is a problem with the application, when (if ever) should I receive notice of required additional info?
I am finishing up some classes right now to qualify for the license, but have met all qualifications to merely sit for exam.

I've read throughout the internet that it can take up to 8 weeks. But unfortunately, there are Florida residents on here who say it took 3-6 months. It just depends on how busy the State is right now with paperwork I guess.

Yeah! thats the problem with State boards. I sent my application 02/26/09 and still showing as "Work in progress". Called few times and I was told it may take upto 90-days. So, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz until they wake-up.

Update to my previous post:
I called florida board twice a week. Finally, things are moving. Checked my status on-line-every item shows complete, except law and rules exam. Once, I send it to them; I will be officially "CPA"!!!!
