So i got mine last friday (looks like someone just crammed the certificate into the tube) and it has some wrinkles/nearly creases through the middle of it. How do i get them out?

I tried ironing it, but i cant get the creases out.  I think it looks bad.  If i asked them for another one do you think they would charge me $200? lol

That really stinks.  I would call and ask for another.  I just got my, in NY they mailed it in a flat package and it was stamped not to bend but they did when they put it in my mailbox but it wasn't too bad.  Looks good hanging up on my wall behind me.  Lol.
