I thought I had 150 units but was informed I only had 139 units.  Any suggestion on course I need for the remaining 11?  I am in CA

I have a similar problem. I graduated college with 182 quarter units (equivalent to 121 semester units). I want to be licensed under Pathway 2, so I need to hit the 150 semester unit mark.

I'm planning on taking some online community college courses (while also studying for the CPA exam and working full-time...). Anyone have any better ideas or suggestions?

www.calcpa.org/150

This website gives an update on the 150 units rule. I'm also short 12 units myself for Pathway 2 ... :( hoping to register for some classes in the Fall at a JC. Not sure if possible cuz they gave me last priority in registeration since I'm consider a new student! The only good thing is if you have all your req core acctg courses , these remaining units can be in anything.

Does it say how many units we have on our online exam account? Or else how do we find out?

Add up the college units on all your transcripts. To convert from quarter units to semester units multiply by 2/3.

Example 45 quarter units x 2/3 = 30 semester units.

You can take any college course/courses to meet the 150 semester unit requirement. I had 147 semester units and just finished an online summer course at my local community college. Now I have 150 :) That is the most affordable and fastest way to get the units completed ($20 per unit here in CA).
