I passed the CPA exam in May, 2009.  I applied for New Hamphsire state.  I don't have any public accounting work experience, so I need to work for 1~2 years.  I have a few questions about application for certification.

1.If I get work experience that is from Big 4 outside the United States, will my work experience be admitted?

2.Is there any dateline for my passing the ethics exam?

3.How long will my credits (pass CPA exam) expire if I don't send my application package after passing CPA exam?

4.Is there anything I should do or pay attention during this period? Thanks a lot.

I emailed NH board co-ordinator and she replied that the CPA exam credits do not expire in NH and my question was specifically directed towards that if we dont intend to work in public accounting.

caper, where did you get that information that exam credits expire in NH..?

Hi caper and FutureCPA77,
NH replied me as follows.

Your grades do not expire once you pass the CPA exam according to NH.

We do not require an ethics exam for certification.

Thanks.
