I have already passed the exams in another state, no work experienc and have 150 credit hour.
Regarding to becoming Registered CPA's path ?
First, transfer of credit to illinois.
Then, apply the RCPA.
My question is that:
RCPA needs no work experience??
How long the two steps?
Or is any link for the requirement of these two steps?
Thanks a lot....

Registered CPA of Illinois do not need any work experience. But effective June 2010, Illinois will not issue anymore registered CPA license. There will be only licensed CPAs (need one year experience). However, if you already have your registered license, then you can keep it.
If you want your Registered license, file the paperwork quick. Also, make sure you have the 150 credits prior to your CPA exam sitting, otherwise you will not qualify for the Registered license.
