I finally got my last score Friday night and started looking at the application for licensure (Form 4) and employer certification (Form 4B). Questions for you New Yorkers who have been through or are going through the process:
Does it matter whether you send in Form 4 before, after, or at the same time as your employers send in Form 4B?
Do you think I should include a copy of my final score report when I ask my former employer to sign off on my hours?
Form 4 page 2 says to "account for all time from graduation to the date of this application." Does graduation mean graduation from college, if my BA was not in economics and I have a master's in accounting? I am a career changer; do I need to list all of my non-qualifying work experience in my former occupation? I'm guessing I should to be safe but wonder if anyone else knows better.
