Hi,
I am an Indian CA and recently passed CPA from Colorado. I
have 5+ years of post qualification experience in Equity
Research, Audit and Taxation. Presently I am working in
India for Mc-Grawhill company and looking for a career in
USA. I heard that it is very difficult to find an Employer
who can sponsor H1B for me. Can any one suggest me as to
how should I go to get the H1B? Also, What are the chances
of getting a Job in US if I plan for H1B visa from a
consultant?

Here are the major obstacles facing you:
1- Lack of relevant American work experience 2- Don't have a CPA license, and you are registered with a non-substantially equivalent state 3- Need sponsorship 4- Recession
