I've recently passed the cpa exams and I've completed the
hours needed under a CPA. However, I found another
opportunity and about to transfer to another company
working however, under a non-cpa.
If my previous supervisor signs my experience req, will it
still count even though I'm no longer working in that
company?

Yes, it will count. All experience earned at previous jobs will count toward the experience requirement as long as it was supervised by a licensed CPA in the state and the work being done qualifies.
