Hey,

I'm a California.

I need to receive a certificate for passing,

Do I need to wait for the scores to be officially recorded or can I depend on the advisory score report ??

Is there a certificate issued by NASBA ? or it is by the board ?

Thanks in advance :)

Response to above two query:

Usually, you won't get any certificate unless your state is considered as a two-tier state. Two-tier state issue one certificate for passing the exam and another one is License to practice. Not all state is two-tier. However, state will send you a letter confirming your status. Then you will apply to get license.
