I just received an advisory score through the NASBA website for the AUD exam.  On previous exams, I just waited for the email notification to get my scores.  What is this "advisory" score?  I'm hoping that it is THE score because AUD is my last one.

Same thing.

For whose who've got their scores:

I'm puzzled about the word 'advisory'?! During the last two testing windows, my state didn't use the word 'advisory' with respect to a score. It all changed this testing window: the score is posted as 'advisory'. Did they (NASBA) change the scores' posting system? I mean, all the scores for all the states are now advisory?!?

I emailed the WA board, and they were as helpful as a kick in the groin.  They simply replied that an email notification would be received in the next 48-72 hours.

Through searching forums about advisory score and personal experience in November with my FAR score, the advisory score is your final score. The sheet of paper or score report is your official document stating if you passed or failed. My FAR advisory score was the same as my score report back in November. I have not heard the advisory score being different from the final/official score.

I certainly hope this is all true because I hopefully passed my final test with a 75. Won't believe it until I have my official report though. And probably still won't believe it until I have an actual license!
