What is the difference between the forms on the CA board for xperience requirement aside especially with the general experience and exp with attest? Im confused as to what forms suits my experience.

I am working as an internal auditor in a county,Under a county auditor=(does this mean i should use the experience with attest function (non public  form?? oR  the general experience one??

If i chose to just do the general experience one,does this mean i can not do public practice w attest engagement??

Its confusing me...ANy insight is greatly appreciated
