Hello Friends,

I passed all four parts of CPA exam in November 2009 from New jersey state. Is there any restriction on the time within which i should appear for Ethics exam after passing the four parts of CPA?

Also currently i am working for a private company but trying to get into public side in future. I can apply for license in NJ only after one year of public accounting experience. In that case i want to know if the ethics exam expires?

I highly appreciate your immediate response. I read somewhere that ethics exam should be taken within two years from the date of passing the CPA exam. If that is the case i am running short of time. Please clarify.

Also what is the procedure to take ethics exam?
