A few issues ... I just found out that work experience only starts after you met the requirements for eligibility. They do not make this clear (maybe I'm blind) Well how convenient that I have four years relevant work experience, yet only 4 months of it is eligible.

I'm hoping my current employer (government agency), will sign off but it's unlikey.

So now my questions:
1. In the case I do get a sign off, can I have worked in a different state under a non Florida-CPA and use that towards my experience?
2. The second page of the work experience says check the box, but they are all for periods of 1+ years. How would you go about filling this out for multiple experiences when they are less then a year, but as a whole add up to over 1+ year experience?
3. How long do I have to complete my experience. I was notified September 22 that I completed all four parts?

As long as they are a licensed CPA in any of the 50 states.

I had each previous employer fill out the form.  Prior employers did not check the box; some wrote (n/a - six months, etc.) on the form.  I presented them to my current employer at the time and they agreed to check the box.  Either way you are probably okay combining multiple ones without the box being checked, but make sure you mail them all back in the same envelope.

I believe this used to be 1 year, but was recently extended to something like 2-5 years after you passed.
