I have been licensed in the state of Georgia for 15+ years and do not live or work in the US. I received a nasty surprise today as I tried to renew my license. It appears that the Georgia state board rules have changed recently and the board will no longer license nonresident aliens such as myself. I am currently considering my options at this stage and was wondering whether anyone can shed some light on the new requirements. Which states permit nonresident aliens to be licensed?
