I know I have to pay for atleast one section at the time of application but, Do I have to register for and pay for all of the sections at the time of application or can I register/pay for other sections after I get my NTS?

It depends on how you want to do it. I would strongly advise against applying for all four sections at the same time. Your 6 month limit starts ticking from the point that your NTS is approved. If you're not ready then you have to apply again. Once you get your first approval / NTS, the registration and response for the subsequent sections is much smoother / quick. Therefore, it's better to just do it section by section. This way, you only have to pay for the section that you'll actually be taking at the time.
