I am looking to get licensed in New Jersey (have a job in NJ and just passed my first test), but I want to keep my options open to a move to New York most likely about 5 years from now.  Is it possible to get licensed in both states when I pass all four sections, or is the only option to transfer the license when I move?

I've never really understood the process of transferring license so if someone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
