I read in manual that the certificates are required to be  attested and sent by the respective institute where u gain degree in case u have acquired them out of united states. So in my case i did my charterd accountancy from one institute and graduation from another. My last place of study was my CA institute. So do i need to go each and every institute or all the doucments including Form no.2 shall be attested and sent by the last institute i attended.

Prakriti, which state are you applying to? I would normally advise to send all transcripts since not doing so could hold up your application.

I know what you mean, New York is one of the most confusing states to be a CPA candidate of, since you have to send paperwork to different places in New York and Nashville.

To be safe, you should probably have both institutions where you studied send your transcripts with Form 2 to the NY Board. That way the Board will have no doubt that you have the required qualifications to sit for the exam. If you only send one transcript and the Board wants to see your other transcript, it will delay your application by a couple of weeks while you organize to have the additional transcript sent.
